ABOUT THE L.A. BANKERS
Our mission is to create and deliver great original live music, inspire people to reconnect with their creative essence, and remind serious business professionals that they too can let loose, slow down, and proudly express their multi-dimensionality beyond a specific work persona.
The L.A. Bankers (the band and movement) was founded by Jeffrey Shippy and John Calcagnini - two professional M&A investment bankers from Century City who previously worked together.

During the day, Jeff is the Founder, CEO & Managing Principal of a modern M&A exit investment bank and growth-to-exit advisory firm serving founder-owned businesses, based in Century City and Palo Alto.

During the day, John is a Managing Director of Investment Banking at a national middle-market investment bank in Century City, focused on the healthcare sector.

During the day, Ryan is a business owner/entrepreneur providing production consulting services to the entertainment and music industry. He is a veteran of music video production support, having helped produce major music videos for renowned artists including Dr. Dre, Janet Jackson, Nicki Minaj, and others. Ryan is of the legendary Anderson family, known for Oscar-winning production work in Hollywood.
